Jeri is the founder and president of Driving Improved Results, a company dedicated to increasing productivity, collaboration, leadership, and ultimately the company’s bottom line.

She and her team work with leaders, teams and companies who want to excel and empower. The company’s tagline ‘Engaging Your Front Line to Boost Your Bottom Line” reflects her team’s practice to increase engagement so that all employees drive profitability and other company goals. The Driving Improved Results team creates direct lines between soft skills and hard results.

Jeri herself is a serial entrepreneur, executive coach, team facilitator, author, and speaker. She’s started six businesses, sold one and is currently running three. Based on experience, she understands the leadership mentality of getting organizational results through other people. She’s led an information technology company, a variety of agencies and currently a commercial real estate management company, a coaching/consulting company and a referral organization.

As an executive coach/consultant she focuses on:

Jeri’s company is a certified Women Business Enterprise for both NYC and NYS. It has multiple contracts with NYC for both professional training and development and helping entrepreneurs start new businesses. She’s personally helped over 600 new businesses launch in NYC. Currently she’s working with NYC to develop workshop content, facilitate, and train other facilitators, to help small businesses survive in the current economic climate.

Jeri is the author of two books, The Customer Loyalty Playbook, 12 Game Strategies to Drive Improved Results in Your Business and The Business Divorce Institute, From Prevention to Finalization.

A mother of 3 and a grandmother of 2, she practices what she preaches about work/life balance. While business is fun and addicting at times, it can always be better when balanced with a little prosecco, moderate amounts of dark chocolate and lots of dancing.
