Karen Haas

After several years as a successful sales professional, Karen discovered a love of training and development when she joined the British Airways Sales Training team in London. Following her time in the UK, she returned to the U.S. to develop and manage a U.S. based Sales Training and Development team. Karen expanded the team over the next several years to include Marketing, Leadership Development, Management Coaching and Performance Management. She also spearheaded the recruitment and training of college graduates joining the BA Salesforce, and lead a Corporate Culture Change Management program that impacted the entire workforce of British Airways.

In addition to her training and facilitation expertise, Karen works with clients to design high impact meetings and conferences, ensuring all learning objectives are met through numerous delivery methodologies.

Karen went on to design and deliver training for organizations such as Lufthansa, JPMorgan Chase, Northwest Airlines, MasterCard and is currently a corporate planner with the learning and development team at Citi.

Karen has been a business owner, responsible for all sales, marketing, recruitment and training of employees. Her areas of expertise include Communication, Networking and Presentation Skills, Leadership Development, Coaching and Teambuilding.

Karen graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. She is active on the boards of several organizations, responsible for their program management and the professional development of their members.
