Marta Mazzola

Marta Mazzola is an accomplished Human Resources executive with vast experiences in Talent Management, Strategic Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Change Leadership, Succession Planning, Employee/Labor Relations, Total Rewards, and Communications.

Ms. Mazzola has served many industries including financial services, biotechnology, healthcare, and manufacturing, and has led global Human Resources teams in North America, Europe, SouthEast Asia, Australia and Far East Asia. She specializes in executive coaching, global markets, acquisition integration, and excels in fast-paced organizations.

Ms. Mazzola started Adriatic Consulting, LLC in 2015 an executive coach and consulting firm to servicing C-Suite executives. Prior to that, Ms. Mazzola worked for two Fortune 300 corporations: Thermo Fisher Scientific (2012 – 2015) and RR Donnelley/DFIN (1987 – 2011), in global Human Resources capacities.

As Global HR Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific, she provided HR leadership services to more than 1,000 employees globally. She used her leadership and employee/labor relations experience to: develop & deliver a leadership development program, lead a team to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, lead succession planning to build future leaders, as well as develop a strong global Human Resources organization.

Ms. Mazzola began her career with RR Donnelley in 1987 and had a successful 24-year career in progressively responsible Human Resources roles starting as an Human Resource Professional in Hudson, Massachusetts, to leading a global HR team supporting more than 7,000 employees in North America, Europe, SE Asia, and Far East Asia.

Ms. Mazzola holds a Master of Arts in Organization Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from Drew University. She volunteers as an Academic Advisor with Baruch University in Manhattan and has Cohorts in both undergraduate studies and MBA level students.
