Gilda Bonanno is a speaker, trainer and coach who helps her clients improve their presentation, communication and leadership skills so they can be more successful.
Since 2006, she has worked with executives, entrepreneurs and employees on 4 continents from Chicago to Shanghai and Rio to Rome. In addition to facilitating high-energy, client-focused training programs, Gilda speaks about communication, leadership, motivation and networking to groups ranging from CEOs to salespeople. Gilda also coaches and mentors individuals to develop executive presence, speak with confidence and engage their audience. Her real-world work experience in corporate, academic, government, nonprofit and entrepreneurial environments gives her a keen understanding of the challenges facing organizations. She is a certified Project Management Practitioner (PMP), and holds a master’s degree from Fordham University and an Advanced Business Certificate in Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business. She has served as a Board Member for the Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC) and as President of the CT chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Southern CT chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). The instructional videos on Gilda’s YouTube channel have received more than 1 million views and her newsletter has reached subscribers in over 45 countries since 2008.
