Partners in my firm and other colleagues I know who have been the most successful are those who are part of a close knit group of peers who they trade both advice and business with. That’s the type of group, I’d like to be part of.
There are a lot of us out there all vying to be part of the same transaction. Therefore, it’s of prime importance I have a relationship with the right person before a residential or commercial real estate decision is made. That way I know about it before the rest of the market does and I have a better chance of offering my services.
