Patty Franco is a highly skilled executive coach with over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, and talent development. She works with talented and leaders who have the drive to go further but are missing the confidence, clarity, and communication skills to move from their current situation to their ideal state. She not only knows how to skillfully push her clients out of their comfort zone to achieve stretch goals, but she does so in a way that they “Love the Push” which has become the tagline of her unique coaching process.
Patty has a blended background with 15 years of experience in various Human Resources functions for Fortune 500 organizations including Cigna, RR Donnelley, The Chicago Tribune and Pfizer, combined with 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She successfully launched and grew two retail businesses and drove them to profit within a two-year time frame. She also served as the Executive Director of Growthsource Academy, a start-up non-profit designed to empower female entrepreneurs, in 2018 and lead the organization’s effort to establish its infrastructure, fundraising strategy and programs.
Throughout her career, Patty has personally coached over 150 managers, executives, and entrepreneurs. She is a skilled facilitator and has conducted over 200 professional classes on topics ranging from sales, business development, and leadership, to vision casting, performance management, customer service, and presentation skills, among others.
Patty holds a Master of Education in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University in New York. She is also certified in assessment tools such as MBTI, DiSC, Forte. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner as a graduate of the iPEC program (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).
