Susan Tatum

Susan Tatum is a B2B business development strategist and founder of The Conversion Company, where for the past 11 years she has devoted her work to helping B2B leaders fill their sales pipelines with ideal prospects and partners in a non-spammy, non-obnoxious way. She is also the host of the Stop the Noise podcast with a mission of inspiring experts and business owners to stop wasting money looking and sounding like everyone else.


Over her 30+ year career, Susan has been active in the successful launch and turnaround of a dozen+ startup and established companies in the technology, software, consumer electronics, construction, engineering and consulting industries. She has planned and directed the successful launch of multiple products and services of international companies entering the US market, and marketing strategies for privately-owned companies seeking acquisition. And developed and directed European marketing efforts for US-based corporations.

Susan holds a journalism degree from the University of Georgia and remains a rabid UGA football fan. She has been an avid traveler throughout her career and an active volunteer with dog rescue for over 20 years. She lives with her family in Oxnard Shores, California.
