Miriam founded Ratio Consulting in 2002 to help clients create more profitable relationships with their customers. She draws on extensive work experience with and for some of the top consulting and marketing services companies, including Peppers & Rogers Group, Wunderman, Y&R, and Ernst & Young. Miriam has deep experience in integrated omni-channel marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and customer loyalty programs.
Her strength is turning complex business and marketing issues into structured action plans to realize measurable results. Miriam is a keynote speaker and contributing author to an Amazon top-10 business book. Miriam received an MA in Organizational Management from George Washington University and a B.S. in Psychology and Economics from Tulane University. In addition to being the driving force behind the firm, Miriam is raising three children with her husband Kurt in Greenwich, CT.
